After 1 week:
I've lost 3 pounds.
I do notice a boost in energy which was sorely needed! Wow how much do I LOVE Teavalize?!? I've never been a hot tea drinker, but I'm hooked on this! The flavor is great (especially with a little honey added) and you can't beat the convenience. I usually re-use the tea 2-3 times before discarding the leaves. I love it!
After 2 weeks:
I have several friends asking about Teavalize! They see me drinking it all the time. I love that I really do feel wide awake all day, without feeling jittery! This might be too much information, but I'm also a lot more regular than I usually am!

"I slept incredibly well the first three nights I was drinking the tea! My appetite seems totally in check...cravings are down. Still eating treats here and there but not as much. Friends saw me with my tea and infuser earlier in the week when I worked an event at one of my kids schools. I am definitely sleeping better. As a matter of fact it's one of the first things I noticed on my own without any prompting. Friends will ask me how I'm feeling drinking the tea and I think for a moment and then I smile, sleeping sounder and waking up more rested. Fantastic!
Also, I had two cups of coffee the other day, the first time since I started Teavalize, and I felt jittery and a bit queazy...nothing I have ever felt with drinking tea all day. That was a fantastic change for me because I never thought I'd be able to cut back the coffee...and yet I have! And I no longer order it at restaurants because I have my Teavalize with me.
