| Q. How do I use The Teavalize Travel Infuser? |
| A. Your Teavalize travel infuser is the perfect way to make your tea and go! This patent pending design made just for Teavalize is all the rage! When you first get your infuser, clean it out thoroughly. Take the lid off the top and clean out the filter as well. You can take the filter out easily and clean then snap back in. Make your tea by ripping open 1 packet of tea and pouring into the bottom of the infuser. Fill with hot water and screw the lid back on. Wait till cool and flip open the lid and drink.

| Q. What's the difference between Teavalize Oolong Boost and Teavalize Pu'er Essential? |
| A. Teavalize Oolong Boost is a great tea to drink when you wake up in the morning and is also the perfect coffee replacement! Teavalize Oolong Boost gives you that boost you need to get your day going. Teavalize Pu'er Essential is the best drunk after your eat. It has often been stated as the fat eater where as oolong is the fat burner.

| Q. Can I keep using my leaves or do I need to throw them out each time?

| A. Yes, you can use them as many times as you want! Let us clarify - we don't recommend using your leaves once, then pouring water in hours later and using them again. If you want to keep using the same leaves during the same sitting, go for it! Keep in mind that each time you pour water in you'll be diluting the leaves so the tea won't be as strong or high in antioxidant content. At Teavalize we'll use leaves multiple times before throwing them out.

| Q. Why is drinking tea good for me? |
| A. Drinking teas are high in antioxidants. It has been researched exhaustively and found to be good for you. Also eating fruits and vegetables high in antioxidants is a great way to keep your body healthy. Polyphenols and antioxidants help decrease the amount of free radicals that attack our bodies every day. Free radicals are thought to be a cause of disease and aging. Eating foods and drinks high in antioxidants won't necessarily cure aging or disease, but has been thought of as a good defense.

| Q. How should I store my tea? |
| A. You can store your tea either in the fridge or closed in a cupboard. The tea should be away from heat and out of sunlight. |
| Q. Why don't you offer teabags or decaf tea? |
| A. This is simple - loose leaf tea is the best. When you try to put the best tea into teabags they need to be cut to fit. We are against doing this. Most tea you find in tea bags are fannings which is like tea dusts, not real tea leaves. When it comes to decaf we are also told that you cannot make whole leaf decaf tea as they need to cut and process the leaves in order to make them decaf. We just won't do it!

| Q. What if I can only drink decaf, can I still make your tea?
|
| A. YES! You can still make our tea if you want decaf. Because we give you the best tea infuser on the market, you can make your own decaf within minutes. Simply make the tea the same way you would if it were regular, and wait a few minutes for your tea to brew. Once this is made you can flip open the lid on the top of the infuser and pour out the water, while leaving the tea leaves inside the infuser. You can then refill with water. This should get rid of about 80% of the caffeine from the first brew. |
