Apple (medium size)
Banana (eat ½ and save the other ½ for later)
Whole wheat Pita or tortilla with 2 ounces of light cheese
Baby Carrots
Raw Celery
Low fat cottage cheese with 1-2 tbs of sugar free jam
Red or green grapes
Low fat plain or skim yogurt with 1-2 tbs of sugar free jam
Laughing cow light cheese
3 cups of light microwave popcorn
1/3 of tuna with small handful of crackers (try light wheat thins)
Sugarfree gum (yes can be that easy!)
Frozen juice bar or skinny cows
Handful of fresh berries (think blueberries and raspberries)
½ avocado with light dressing (Galeos Miso is our fav!)

Drink recommendations:

Water- 0 calories!
Tea- 0 calories!
